Fionna is a Senior Consultant that specializes in bridging soft-skills with business acumen.  She is a certified trainer, facilitator of the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method, and a transformational coach. Her practice brings together a unique blend of leadership, development, and workplace effectiveness. She has designed and delivered numerous training programs, customizing the content based on bespoke learning needs. She is passionate about the 70-20-10 learning model, and ensures that each engagement delivers a holistic approach to development.

Along with 20 years in multinational organizations, Fionna brings along expertise in family- owned businesses. She has experience in the areas of HR, Learning & Development, Process Control & Improvement, Governance, and Project Management. Fionna graduated from the Ateneo de Manila University with a bachelor’s degree in Management Economics, holds an MBA from the Drucker School of Management in Claremont, California, and is a Six Sigma Black Belt.
