Aldrich is the Co-founder of NextPay.ph, a next-generation banking platform for businesses in the Philippines, and the Managing Director of UXPH, the country’s largest non-profit design organization. With over 16 years of experience as a Service Architect and Designer, he has led teams across North America and the Philippines to improve customer experiences, streamline operations, and drive business outcomes.

Aldrich is a trained LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator and consultant who runs customized Design Thinking workshops to help teams solve problems, align around shared goals, and build customer-centered products and processes. He also mentors designers and founders on leadership and team development, supporting a culture of clarity, collaboration, and continuous growth.
