Myke Santos

Myke is a strategy and HR consultant, a university faculty member, and the founder of Brick Management Consulting.
His focus is on facilitating change for individuals and organizations by shifting perspectives. A certified coach for Transformative Coaching® and The Leadership Circle®, Myke helps enable leaders to align business objectives and organization capabilities to reach new levels of performance
and build positive change in people and teams. He is also a certified facilitator of the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method,
which he helped pioneer in the Philippines.

A seasoned executive and HR leader with more than 25 years experience in Human Capital Strategy specializing in Organization Development, Change Management, and Mergers and Acquisitions, Myke has led various enterprise-wide initiatives in business and people strategy alignment, corporate restructuring, talent management, and culture transformation. Having worked in a variety of settings, from startup to corporate, local to regional and multinational, has given him a broad perspective of the dynamics of business, organizations, and culture.

Dae specializes in organization development and culture design. Driven by a deep passion for understanding human behavior, he immerses himself in diverse environments and cultures, extracting invaluable insights to understand what makes people choose to change. As an entrepreneur, usability designer, and former United Nations military personnel, he brings unique perspectives to his work.

With a PhD in Organizational Development and Planning and as a certified facilitator of the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method, Dae shares his expertise through his consulting practice, discussions, transformative workshops, and designing learning programs. His mission is to empower individuals to craft environments that foster continuous growth and development.

Jocel is a seasoned HR Executive with more than 25 years of experience in the Human Resource practice, working with C-level executives and leading HR teams and functional roles in both local and regional offices within Asia Pacific. Her experience has exposed her to various industries, specifically Information Technology Services and Solutions, Shared Services and BPO, Banking, and Property Development.  Through the years, Jocel has led and contributed to enabling organization success by driving strategic programs that empowered and motivated the workforce, enabled leaders, and nurtured an environment that cultivated positive employee experiences and professional growth.

Jocel is presently a management/HR consultant and certified professional coach. She is also a certified facilitator of LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® (LSP) methodology.  Her demonstrated areas of expertise in HR are in organization transformation, coaching and mentoring, HR business partnering, talent management, and leadership/people management development.

Romell is a seasoned Digital Transformation consultant with over 20 years of extensive project experience spanning various industries including data science, telecommunications, manufacturing, retail, education, healthcare, and insurance. He has successfully collaborated with start-ups, multinational corporations, SMEs, and government agencies in the Philippines, Malaysia, and Singapore, serving in roles such as Digital Transformation Program Manager, Strategy Execution Consultant, Digital Culture Change Consultant, and Lead Trainer.

Pia is an Organizational Learning consultant who has designed and facilitated dozens of workshops on leadership, personal and team effectiveness, strengths, and productivity. She was formerly a Human Resources Assistant Vice President of Unilab and has worked for 15 years in the pharmaceutical industry in the field of Human Resources and Organizational Development. She is a certified Gallup Strengths Coach and has a coaching practice focused on performance and productivity. She is also a certified facilitator of ”7 Habits of Highly Effective People” under Franklin Covey Philippines. Pia is also a part-time faculty at the University of Asia & the Pacific’s Human Capital Development Program.

Lizzie is a registered Psychologist with over 10 years of practice as a clinician, consultant, lecturer, and researcher. In her clinical practice she specializes in supporting neurodivergent individuals in developing a healthier sense of self as well as navigating various challenges and life transitions. As a consulting Psychologist, she brings her experience in research, program development, and mental health advocacy in her various corporate and non-profit engagements. 

She has worked in creating programs for institutions, and conducts mental health related workshops and lectures. These include workshops in Promoting Well-being, Supervisor Training on Providing Psychosocial Support, Psychological First Aid training for Seafarers, and talks on Mental Health and Managing Stress and Anxiety. Lizzie holds a master’s degree in Psychology with a concentration in Human Development from the Ateneo de Manila University. She is a certified facilitator in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method and a certified Level 1 Cognitive Behavior Therapy.

Cecille is a seasoned HR and OD practitioner with more than 20 years of experience in general human resources, organization development, and change management. She has led various initiatives focusing on organization assessment, culture building, talent management and leadership development. Her HR and OD practice was seasoned from her experience working in the semiconductor, BPO, financial services, and telecommunication industries.

Cecille is a certified facilitator in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® (LSP) method, a certified facilitator of 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen Covey and a certified facilitator of Points of You®. Cecille holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from De La Salle University Graduate School of Business and a BS Psychology degree from the University of Santo Tomas.
