Brylle Bae

Brylle is the Partner and Research Director of The Fourth Wall, a research and analysis company that interprets information through the Filipino sociocultural lens. He is also a part-time Research Methods instructor at the University of Asia and the Pacific (UA&P). Over the past eight years, he has contributed to behavioral, strategy, and economic research, including studies on online gambling behavior, talent development, and policy-oriented economic projects in aid of government decision-making and corporate strategic planning. Notably, he co-wrote the 2020–2030 Philippine Constructor’s Association (PCA) Construction Industry Roadmap, where he authored sections on industry analysis. Beyond this, Brylle has conducted market analyses across diverse industries—including banks, media, creatives, oil, farm-to-kitchen platforms, and manufacturing—and designs and facilitates workshops and training on Filipino workplace culture and behavior, strategy research methodologies, and data analysis. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics from UA&P, graduating Magna Cum Laude and class valedictorian in 2016.
