Driven by a deep passion for understanding human behavior, he immerses himself in diverse environments and cultures leveraging AI and technology to extract invaluable insights to understand what makes people shift mindsets and choose to change. As an entrepreneur, usability designer, and former United Nations military personnel, he brings a unique perspective to his work. Armed with a Ph.D. in Organization Development and Planning, he tests out his frameworks and strategies by creating companies that are able to sustain themselves and stand the test of time while sharing his expertise through his consulting practice, workshops, and designing learning programs.
