Maita is an instructional and learning experience designer with a passion for crafting learner-centered programs that are practical and engaging. She has designed a wide range of learning experiences – spanning individual upskilling, team capability-building, and organization-wide development initiatives. A licensed professional teacher with a degree in Education, she is currently pursuing her master’s in Human Capital and Organizational Development. She is also a certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator, integrating creative and experiential methods into her work to drive deeper learning and collaboration.
